If my sweet sixteen had a walking foot it would be perfect. But of course it doesn't. I need a ruler to make straight lines and some videos on how to use it for making straight lines.

The sweet sixteen is a sit down long arm so rulers used on a DSm will not work.

That's not necessarily true if they are 1/4 inch thick you can use them on high shank dsm
