Technically, my understanding is that you are free to sell those quilts made with licensed fabric, as long as you don't claim that they are legitimate Buckeye-approved items. But in reality, if someone from the Buckeyes wants to make trouble for you, it can wind up costing you a lot of money just to prove you have that right.
