We keep ours at 68 in the winter. We turn it down to 60 or 62 at night. I turn it up when I get home from work. I find the only time I am cold in the mornings is when I step out of the shower. Pretty much the rest of the morning I am running around the house getting ready for work, It feels cold when I get home. By the time I finish running around making dinner the house is warm. Helps to save a lot on our bill.
