Go advanced (below)
Write your message in the main box
Go to the Manage Attachments blue box
Hit the Browse part of the "Upload Files from your Computer"
This will take you to where your photos are stored (make sure your photo has been edited to be smaller otherwise it will not load) Double click on the photo and hit Upload. The name of the photo will then appear in a box called "Current Attachments"
The just X out on the right hand corner and submit the reply.
