Recently, I got some Timeless Treasures flannel on sale from Hancock's of Paducah. It feels as nice as the Moda I have used in the past.
I also got some Wilmington Prints wide back flannel from them. It washed beautifully (while I don't usually prewash, I do with flannel bc of the shrinkage), but I have not put the quilt sandwich together yet, so can't tell you how well it will stand up over time. It's currently $12/yd for the 108".
