I found one in German, but it was pay for. Further down on
this page there is a picture series of this model, including a couple on the threading of this model. I couldn't direct link to the pictures for some reason. I have a 283F, the bobbin case system looks the same. If you have the stitch cams you are lucky, double cams and neat stretchy stithches.
