I am tempted to buy some of the things out now and have bought some. Then I look at the beauties made by my DGM and DM from the twenties, thirty's and on as long as they lived and they had nothing but scissors, needle, thread and sometime cardboard templates. A quilting rack always hung from some room in the house and fabric was scraps from sewing clothes or cut up old clothes during the depression. We are so lucky today.
