I would check on Moda's Bake Shop. You can select the precut size you are working with, then the type of project you want to make.

One of my favorites of Jo's is Chains of Faith. I made it in the same fabrics she used, which is unusual for me - but that is how much I liked it. It's not truly a full queen sized, but you could add borders to make it larger.
