I have the same machine and I love it! I had tried the model at a quilt show and fell in love with it. I found a dealer not far from my home and purchased my machine for $3299 in 2015. I was able to still use my Majestic Frame from the Grace Company. Before the machine was delivered to the store, the factory adjusted the machine to fit the frame. However, the dealer support was very minimal, and the employee really did not understand how the machine worked. It took a while, but with the gracious help of Grace Company employees themselves and a lot of self teaching, it is a joy to use it.

Here's a tip for the new owner: due to different weights and brands of quilting threads, tension needs to be adjusted each time threads are changed. My method is to adjust the bobbin thread first using the Jamie Wallen method. After threading the top thread, have the top tension knob flush with the screw. Test the top tension (I use the the quilt sandwich's extra space either above the quilt top or on the side of the quilt). Check to see how the thread looks both on top and bottom. Gradually increase the tension on top until you like how the thread looks on the bottom. It works for me every time. You are welcome to PM me if you have any questions.
