I totally agree and love the sanitizing aspects.
People who always seem to have colds or catch a bug I asked do you hand wash your dishes? About every time they say yes. My grandmother and aunts would pour boiling water on dishes after washed adding vinegar to the water if anyone was sick. They called it scalding the dishes. I remember so many times my grandmother saying don't use those dishes I haven't scalded them yet.
