For a single border I prefer the yellow. But I like the double border better, then would bind again with the yellow. A dark grey binding would be my second choice, matching fabric would be third.
Happens my next project to quilt down/last project finished, has a narrow yellow inner border, a blue/green outer border and then will use the yellow again for the binding. It's quite a bit brighter than your top but I wanted the contrast, plus I bought a bag of fabric at the goodwill that all the fabric came from, and that was what I had the most left.
