It's so scrappy and fun! Truly lovely, and I'm glad to see I'm not the only one whom has been making quilts and trying new(to me)techniques. Love your gumption to just go for it!
I love scrappy quilts and have so many scraps from so many quilts from over the years. My scraps are not as organized and Bonnie Hunter's that is a given. Believe me there are a whole bunch of "mistakes" in this quilt. That is what the learning process is all about. The binding gave me a whale of a time. Something that looks so easy was the biggest challenge. Now it is all washed and I played with it last night with DH before I folded it up and set it aside. It will go with me for Show & Tell at my next guild meeting.
