I wear a titanium cage around my cervical spine from a lady who was on her phone and rear ended me years ago. Now I have permanent nerve damage in my right shoulder.
Two years ago we were stopped on the highway because of an accident and rear ended by a woman who was on her phone. She was cited for hitting us and distracted driving.
