I have a Zojirushi bread maker that my DD gave me about 10 years ago for Christmas. I've used it a lot. The only thing I do not like about it is that the bread is hard to get out of the machine after it's baked. It is because of the paddles, they generally "stay" in the bottom of the bread & keep the bread from coming out easily. A friend of mine told me that she had that same problem & she removes the paddles just after the bread starts to rise. It's also a good time to sort of "form" your loaf so it doesn't bake lopsided. I just made a loaf of Cinnamon Raisin bread last week. YUM!
