Marinated Veggie Salad:
1 can Green Giant White Shoe Peg Corn
1 can LeSuer Peas
1 Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1/2 Cup Celery. chopped
Small jar of Pimento
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 Cup Oil
1/4 tsp. Salt
Directions: Mix all together and put in refridgerator for 24 hours. Drain and Serve. Enjoy.
