I would use Tri-Flow first. We had a screw that we couldn't get undone with SMO for a few days, finally did Tri-Flow overnight and while still needed a little force, unscrewed well. Dried oil acts like glue and probably the water did not help. Good possibility that rust and old oil have 'glued' it well. If an overnight soak with Tri-Flow doesn't work, it may need Kerosene, PB B'laster Penetrant or Kroil. I'm not sure what either of the last two will do to japanning or decals. Maybe heat from blow dryer would help,

Thank you so much for your help. I do have kerosene I just didn't want to ruin the decals..in any way shape or harm. ill figure it out tomorrow...thanks again! I appreciate you so much
