I talked to Diane in the office recently, only where it specifically says "cut by Matt" are their strips/bundles/cakes whatever cut by them, the rest come from the manufactures precut.
. I went to the site and found they cut for their own kits, but there was no info on custom cuts. Thank you for the clarification.
