Are You Able To Access Your Own Forever Patterns?
Regarding BluPrint website has not worked for me. All my supposed owned forever patterns purchased from people selling or offering their patterns there is a shadowed circle on the first page of patterns, each pattern has a dark circle, Own Forever Pattern Library. I've tried accessing the patterns but nothing happens. I cannot open any patterns and the website does not allow me to advance from page one. I'd downloaded a lot of patterns but got lax and didn't always download purchased patterns.
I emailed them when I first heard they were closing asking for help two or three weeks ago. No reply. I'm sure that they are inundated with emails but you'd think that they'd be better about updates.
Is anyone else having this issue?
