This is Cheryl's contribution to the weekend festivities. "Green With Envy" is pieced! We have to order some Hobbs cotton batting (queen size, the quilt is 86x86 hence the necessity of draping it over the couch), and schedule an appointment with the longarm quilter, which likely won't happen for a week or so, but now it's on to the next project. She did a bang-up job on the top, although one tiny flaw did rear it's head. In the bottom right hand corner where the churn dash block meets the green block, it doesn't meet the corner and has a gap of about 1/4 inch. The remaining three corners are near perfect, but she wonders if maybe the corner triangle might have stretched a bit, because there was almost a 3/8 inch gap before she ripped it apart and worked to fix it. All in all, she did a great job!
