The top and the bottom of the arrow are the same block that you add to the rectangle middle. It is a flying geese block that is added to a rectangle middle to make up the arrow image. The top is made with the color of the main middle fabric as the point of the arrow rectangle and white rectangles added on the corners. The bottom is made with the white rectangle main middle and the colored small rectangles to make the feathered bottom. If you look up the flying geese block on line, you will see how they are made.
