I've ordered from them several times with no problems. One order was taking an unusually long time, and I had no response to email inquiries, but then tried by phone and had a pleasant phone conversation. The problem was a PayPal glitch of some kind; fortunately they still had the item in stock and I received it quickly after the phone call.
