I have a original "KAY an EE package of No. 12 x 1 E Short Size 14 needles. This package came with a SM cabinet drawer and would not have fit that machine.

I'm confused. Are you looking for more 12x1 needles? Or needles for a different machine? No one makes 12x1 needles any more. There have been some needles that would probably substitute for them, such as
