Great job! I really like it, especially how your reds are perfectly balanced throughout the wreath and the bow makes a great finishing touch!
I would consider using a slightly different technique, I would paper-piece just the wreath sections and then applique it onto the background, like a Dresden plate. Those skinny strips in the center scare me! Or if I had a slim wedge ruler then I would create my fabric using a giant piece of paper and randomly sewing pieces on it, then use the ruler to make the wedges of the wreath.
