I have used Bo-Nash and it is an amazing product. My only recommendation is buy the larger size sheet, can't recall what they call it but they have a small and a large size. I bought the small (it's not tiny) but quickly wished I had gotten the large size. They have a video demo on their website. It's not difficult but a video is always nice.
