Where are you getting your machines? I don't quilt. So not really a whole lot of help, but I do live in south Denver. The only one I'm somewhat familiar with is Wooden Spools, but have only been in there a couple of times in the last 10 years.
If you make your way to
https://www.treelotta.com/ there is another one about 5 blocks north of there
https://www.woodenspools.com/about-us/ Per the page
https://www.woodenspools.com/fabrics/fabrics/
Our selection of fabric includes everything from vintage feed sack fabric to currently produced lines.
95% of our fabric for sale comes from quilters! We revive that wonderful fabric that was stashed away and never used!
Rocky Mountain Quilt Museum, from my understanding, charges to see the exhibits. It looks like maybe they
sell fabric at least online. It is located in Golden which is west of Denver.
I googled quilt shops in Denver. There is one in Brighton (open 9-1 on Saturday) which looks just a short way off I-76 called On Pins and Needles.

Then you could take Highway 7 over to I-25 and then to 128th to go to

https://www.kellyjssewingcenter.com/ is way south of Denver. So it would double the distance from Ovid to Denver.
