As far as I know, you can not use a laser printer to print photos on fabric.
I have purchased fabric (usually the 8.5" x 8.5" sheets) that can be used in an inkjet printer from here:

I have made 4 or 5 photo quilts using their fabric and it works really well. I also purchased the spray fixative to spray the photos after they were printed on fabric.
EQ used to make rolls of fabric 8.5" wide to use in inkjet printers as well, but I do not know if they still sell them.
