I just tried to retrace the steps to find the pdf, but can't recreate it. I know I had started in
https://web.archive.org but now it is not giving me the page from wayback. I copied the link from the page that I found the other day, but when I clicked on it the other day, it said that it was still available on the web. So put the link (that I gave) in my browser's address bar and it gave me the pdf. I tried it tonight and it is still there.
