My neighbor is not selling them but making them for her family members as they're all up in their 60's and 70's. My friend in another town has a quilt group at her church and they make these for projects to give out from what I know.
Thank you all for your suggestions and I've downloaded the pattern from World of Sewing for her. My neighbor altered hers to rounded corners instead of corners to go under the feet. I gave her a bunch of pre-cut jelly rolls as I don't care for pre-cuts and she's been using them for the body of the quilt.
