Tonight is basic burger patties. No buns. Also, a couple Costco (frozen) salmon patties. We stopped at our local butcher shop which is on the way to/from the gym and picked up pre-formed burgers. Came in the door and hit the ground running, I lit the grill, and hubby is trying to mow the back lawn while it is still light enough and before the cold weather moves in. Temperature is dropping and pretty good chances of snow this weekend.
We did get a small turkey, it might not be thawed in time, but I'd like to brine it. Nice thing is with the two of us, we can do it any day.
