I bought my blackeye peas yesterday. I decided to use frozen instead of dried. We had Christmas at my son's so I'm hosting New Years. I'm going to make a pan of cornbread, of course, and slaw. For dessert I'm making an apple/cranberry dessert. I got the recipe years ago on Simply Quilts with Alex Anderson. Hope everybody has a happy and safe New Years!
