Hello all -- Janice and pinkflowers, thank you for the ideas! I'm making 16-patches just to get going, but not sure what I want to do with them. I made some that seemed a bit somber to me then started making more cheery-colored ones. The groups will not match, I'm afraid. Anyway, I've perused tons of candy quilt ideas over the past 2 weeks but am still undecided. Once I get more done I'll have to figure it out.
