I'm still working away at "other" stuff. Even got some yard stuff done!
My 82 year old quilting friend did come over on Monday and we got the first part of setting up my long arm frame done -- attaching the legs and the hydraulics. Most of it was pretty smooth but a couple of the bolts were not happy going in. It is ready to be turned from its side to its feet, but it is way too heavy for the two of us. Too heavy for the hubby and me. Good thing we have a gym going neighbor we can grab for a couple of minutes.
I don't have assembly instructions or diagrams, what I have is a series of really good videos on DVD. As I was looking ahead, I saw them attaching optional caster wheels that I don't have but would be nice to be able to move the setup a bit here and there as needed. When the hydraulic legs are all the way short, the caster wheels will touch ground.
So today what I did was order a set of these!
