God will bless you for caring for your in laws and I'm sure they appreciate it even though they might not be able to fully express it. It is wonderful how comforting quilting can be. Some people who don't quilt think it would only be another chore to add to their busy lives, but we know how relaxing, comforting and rewarding quilting can be.
