I use one similar to this adding 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 cup peanut butter (peanut butter optional) Makes a great peanut butter cheesecake or I have added fruit to the mixture, fresh strawberries, or Blueberries' Try the peanut butter one with chocolate crumb crust!
