I am visiting quilt shops this weekend in Rapid City, SD. I find that most lqs carry much of the same fabrics but they catch my eye differently as they are almost always displayed differently or one lqs carries more of the matching fabrics. I love the mom and pop shop quilt kits. Pearl Louise is one of my favorite fabric designers and I love her Thimble Cottage in Rapid. I come up here 3-4 times a year to visit my son and his family. I have to hit at least one lqs in every place that I spend more than one day.
