Do you have a microsoft based program? If so, go to their website and download some of their free software to get rid of viruses. A couple of years ago we got a nasty one and the free software took care of it. it took awhile to get it totally downloaded, but I did it. For the life of me I can't remember the name of the virus, but it was the one that makes you have 2 trillion popup ads and kept trying to get me to buy a repair program.
