Loved the his/hers analysis...sounds a lot like my house. Right now we are trying to share the dining room table, but if either of us actually needs ROOM to do something of any size, everything has to be moved on both ends. When we build our retirement home there will be separate LARGE craft rooms for each of us. Haven't worked out the floorplan yet, as am wanting to save as many big trees as possible from needing to be cut down to make room to build.
