    Did you do one block at a time or do section by section? How long did it take you to do one block?

    The whole star is one block then I added the white border around it. In the tutorial the block is 12 1/2" square, but I just enlarged this one to be a 30x30 wall hanging which includes the border. Go to the tutorial for "danmar" for Carpenter's Star. The directions are really good. It doesn't take long at all to make and is easy to put together.
