What a great idea! you are a very clever girl! I always buy more than needed for a project, everyone needs a 'binky' for their favorite friend!

Your little quilts are very cute. What a great idea to make them for little stuffed toys!

For last Christmas I made my youngest granddaughter a cloth doll and a quilt for dolly. Just this week my DIL (whom I dearly love) wrote to tell me that my GD was playing with her doll (and blanket, of course) and said she needed to thank Grandma for making her. Then, my GD said, "I miss Grandma".

    OK, that melted my heart.

For older but still little kids, I sometimes add a pocket to the quilt or blanket, too, to hold the stuffed toy and its own little blanket.
We did a Project Linus challenge and included the toy in the pocket, and the blanket.
    Love yours, too!

Way cute! My mom was making teddy bears about the time I made a wedding quilt. She had me send some leftover fabric and blocks along with the fabric from my daughter's dress (I made it) and she made a teddy bear that matched the quilt!
