Twenty-five years ago when I first started cross stitching I had a several projects going. I had to make myself finish them. Then I told myself only one project at a time. Which works well because there is always something else I want to do more than the one I'm working on. So with my first quilt done, I've started #2, but the ideas are flowing. So I'll finish this one to get to the next one,.

One step forward, two steps back. Finish one WIP and start three more! I always have several projects going at once. Right now I have some blackwork embroidery, hand applique baskets, machine baskets in the works. I also did all the hand redwork blocks for a quilt, but am slow in buying the red fabrics for the piecing around the blocks. I have 3 or 4 tops waiting to go to the quilter, one at the quilter and half a dozen small pieces in various stages of completion. Well, it's not just about the finished product, it's also about the process - the journey.
