    What great girls! I cannot wait until my daughter gets big enough to learn to sew/quilt. We've got a few more years to wait... Enjoy it!

    HEY! we are very close! I am in North Wilkesboro! We have to go to Winston to Joann's for our fabric and we also found the quilt shop there too. I can't remember the name right now, but you probably know it. Maybe we could meet sometime!!
    Sounds great. I also go to JoAnn's from time to time. Just stay in touch.

    Beautifully done! and looks like you had a lot of fun choosing those cool fabrics!! Can't wait to see your quilt after you get to quilt it on the longarm!! :thumbup:

    Wow, your daughters have a great eye for color. Got it from their Mom, obviously. As for your points, I've found out that after you get all the blocks together, you don't even notice if they aren't perfect. I wonder why we are all so hard on ourselves? I think it's gorgeous.

    Beautiful girls and beautiful work. I couldn't sew a straight line when I was their age. They are lucky to have a mum to show them how to sew and all the "tricks".
