    Lovely! Thanks for sharing. Sorry if I am asking a stupid question, but is it necessary to cut it smaller? Can't you just use it while it is 5"? And the other thing I was wondering about, I usually wash my material before using, but what about charm packs? Do you wash them?

    I haven't washed my fabric before cutting in years and the quilts always come out wonderfully...
