We all know that advertising pays the bills..however i am totally offended by the anti Obama advertising now carried by this site. I realize it is due to the Citizens United ruling where All of the huge Corporations can spend as much as they like..and it looks legitimate..however it is very offensive to see a decent site like this carry these ads as if they are creditable

I noticed this too and agree with you. If we have to have political ads, shouldn't there be equal opportunity for the bashing?

Thank you..many of us that enjoy this site are retired and do have medicare and social security..unfortunately the Big Pharma and Health industry has put out so much information about the new program..many folks are frightened..this is why i am soooo offended

Lets see when i opened the screen there was an impeach Obama..and Newsmax is also advertising here of course they are paid by big corporations etc

Guess I have enough ad blocks on my computer because I don't see any of those.
To be honest...I don't look at any of the ads (I know they fund the site..sorry....)
I come here to see & hear about quilting....

I think they are pop ups in the google ad..i cannot find them now..but got a couple when i first signed in today..very vulgar
