This doesn't work on my computer. What does work is this:

Highlight the section you want to print.
Click on File
Click on Print
Click on Selections
Click on Apply
Click on Print

Maybe it's because my computer is old, but this works anywhere I want to use it.

Thank you Carol's Quilts, I just tried your directions you sent me and it worked . I really appreciate it, that will save me a lot of paper from now on. Have my printed copy laying beside my computer for next time.

Excellent tute. Thanks. One question, I don't understand the purpose of the "pink" clear divider. Do you draw on it and then draw again on the template plastic? Couldn't you just trace on the template plastic from the printed page?

I use any kind of glue that dries clear. I have made several templates and they work wonderfully.

Suggestion: for a hole punch - shop at Michael's and get a "Cropadile" in the scrapbooking section. It allows you to punch clean holes up to 6" from the edge of the template. Then you can use it to make quilting line templates because you can punch holes along the whole drawing. Then just use a "pouncer" to chalk the lines - and quilt away!
