I got mine about 2 weeks ago. I really really love it. I am piecing a dresden plate quilt for a lady She saw the one I made and told me she wanted to make her one , and told me to let her know when I get it done and the price. Can you believe that. It takes a little bit to get used to it . You will love it. I can't wait to do the quilting on it.

I just bought the 6600,,,,and love it ever so much. I do agree, that crockpots are for quilters.

I too just got the 6600 earlier this year and DH would definitely have a coronary if I mentioned upgrading - again!! Have not seen the new one yet (am afraid to go and see it) but I am too old to spend more money on machines anyway. Neither my daughter or DIL sew so I will just stick to my 6600. Now, if I can get myself over to the store and take those free lessons on using it, maybe I will be more productive and less frustrated!

I would like to get a new machine to. I have a Viking-Husqvarna and I really like it, but I would also like something
that does alot more. I have noticed alot of people in quilting classes I have attended have the Jannome. Keep us updated
on how you like it so I can decide..

    Thanks,
    Jean

Crock pots and time bake ovens...what time savers. Nothing
more frustrating than just really getting into a project only to
    stop and make dinner....

    Jean

P.S. How do some of you get such a nice signature on
    here???

I have one too! The lights are great for my old eyes. If you do free motion quilting you need to get the fm bobbin case holder. It has made a great difference on the stitches. Another 30 $ but it's worth it. Also being able to move the needle left or right is good. Have fun. Roz
