I purchased 3 meters of navy & yellow stripe fabric while in Paris in March. It's been sitting in my sewing room ever since. I want it to be something wonderful, but I'm afraid to cut it for fear that I'll mess up. The stripes are about 6" wide, olive branches and sunflowers in alternate stripes with navy between. Any suggestions for a suitable pattern? French fabric is very wide. I also have
1 1/2 meters of the matching navy with a widely space small yellow medallion, and 1 meter of navy on natural white toile that may or may not be part of my project.

Check out Ann Lauer's designs. Don't remember the name, but I know she has at least one that should work.
