Hi Chris! You better believe there would be quite an interest in having your redone piece!!! But since the chair is so large and your pieces so little, I would check with some local interior designer shops and ask for any castaway remnants they don't want. Your time investment redoing the chair would be minimized and overall appearance would probably be better using larger pieces. Therefore, your giveaway item would be more appealing. Plus, there are lots of shops with scrap remnants they just throw away and would probably love for you to take them off their hands!! It'll be interesting to see what you come up with! Keep us informed!! There are people who are just looking for that kind of thing!!

Wow! Did you do all of them? I have some chairs that the fabric rotted from the moisture after Hurricane Ike, I would love to have them done in PW. To bad you don't live closer. Beautiful

No, I did none of them!!!! haha. But I really could do any of them!!! What's so amazing is no matter how many times I say no I didn't do any of these, these are just pics of my favorites. People want to believe I did them anyway!! haha. If I lived closer, I would be more than happy to redo them for you!! Wow, you might even want to attempt to redo them yourself using your scraps!! The nice thing about art is you can't make a mistake. If you do, you just go over it again in the area you don't like and add something else! Wishing you bol in your venture!! Be sure and post pics of your recycled piece!! We would love to see it!

I've done drawer fronts on a good sized dresser. I glued the fabric with good old white glue and used a clear high gloss polyurethane on that. I have already been thinking about doing a chair for the living room. Not sure what color patchwork because the chair woodwork says it wants to be painted purple or burgandy. No white for me.

How about that! So a good white glue will work fine? Thank you for that! I knew something would work attaching the fabric and of course polyure is a great sealer! Your colors of purple or burgundy for the chair are good ones. Everything looks great with burgundy - navy blue, hunter green, the browns, beiges, all warm colors; cool colors with the purple would be any of the blues, teals, greens, aquas, etc. I believe any colors you use will be great there!!
