OK, I know that I'm a bit s-l-o-w. But I think I finally SEE the pattern. Is there a block of the 4-patch-4-patches from the leaders and then a block with the white X. I don't get that block but could always use something else.

Really a pretty scrap quilt Mary. I use leaders too. They sure save on thread. My Viking has the thread tying feature but I end up chasing the tread and threading the needle more often than not, so it's easier to use a leader. I saved the pattern and thanks for the info.

Mary ~ That has to be the loveliest scrappy quilt I have ever laid eyes on! and thank you for the pattern and your ingenious way of making use of scraps through leader fabric. This is truly one of the best hints I've received through this board. TY, TY, TY ~ Nita

Yes the daffodil is Northcott. I actually have 2 different daffocil fabrics. My daughter loves them so I am making her a tote.
