Cindy definitely get one of the lights. There are so many varied backgrounds on this board anyone know the best type of Dr. To see about this? I'm wondering if med insurance would cover the light if prescribed by a Dr? Another help is citrus-- fresh. It's supposed to help your body get more from vitamin D. Hang in there Cindy & run outside whenever even a hint of sun is out there! Nite all!

I am taking Missy's advice I am going to bed I am ending this day. I waited 24 hours since my BFF told me last night he was calling tonight. Why do I set myself up for this?
Tru, don't make someone a priority when all they make you is an option.

Hi all Well I never got to take our walk today a neighbor stopped by and by the time he left it was time to start dinner. DH went up to market to pick up fruit for breakfast and also brought back half a carrot cake. Yes you guessed it I had a small slice and it was really good but after I felt like I failed myself.
Well all i can do is try harder tomorrow.
    Nite all

Don't be so hard on yourself. A treat everyonce in a while isn't gonna hurt besides it had carrots in it.

I may have to walk to Cleveland and back to work off the calories from the ice cream yesterday! Although I didn't have any Pepsi yesterday, so that will help.

Looks like you balanced it out. Ice cream but no soda sounds good to me.

I am finally caught up on the posts. I stayed away from the boards yesterday so that I could get some much needed things done around the house.
By the time I was finished I really didnt think I could get myself to the gym, I made myself get there and do the treadmill and bike....Onece there I was OK.
I havent weighed myself yet since the 1st. I know that if you start a workout routine that your muscles will hold on fluid to repair so any weightloss will not show up on the scales maybe as long as 7-10 days and I dont want to be disappointed even tho I know the reason they might not have gone down yet.
Its snowing here again so I really have to get myself out the door to run some errands and go the the gym befpre it gets too nasty to be driving.
I took boneless skinless chicken brests out for dinner but have no idea yet how I am going to prepare them ...any ideas throw it my way.
Time to get dressed and out have great day and I will ck in later.
    See you lighter !
