I figure since it's a Disney character, that there aren't any patterns, but thought I'd check, just in case. My SIL is having a baby girl and Tinkerbell is her decorating scheme. Anyone have any ideas or know of any Tinkerbell patterns? I have seen some Tink material online and would love to use that as a backing.

    Thanks!

Do you do applique well? There are a mass of Tinker Bell
coloring pages on the Internet. You could print them out, reduce or enlarge them and use them as patterns.

I'm sure those would be lovely and do share with us pictures of the final quilt.

I'm a relatively new quilter, and self taught, but have done some applique, but only the kind where you blanket stitch the edges, never have done the turn under kind. I am someone who can follow a pattern but have never been good at designing my own.

Still, thank you very much for your help and I think I will be giving this idea a try.

Thank you very much! This is really going to help me. I had thought about trying to find a coloring book, but had no idea they would be online. Cool!
